The date has been confirmed for this year’s Friends of St Stephen’s Fun Run in Fradley.
The event will take place on April 24 at 11 am, with optional fancy dress. Prizes are awarded at the end, and a bacon or sausage sandwich and hot drink is provided to participants in the school hall.
The full course is two laps (4 kms) but younger children need complete only one lap of the well-marshalled route. Suitable clothing and footwear is required and adults must accompany children under nine.
Contact Phil Hurley (07930 502324) for an entry form, to be returned to the school by April 1 in an envelope marked Fun Run, with an entry fee of £1.50 per runner. You will receive a race number and map of the course by April 21.
