A LOCAL expert is hosting an event to help entrepreneurs flourish in 2026.
Nicola Forsyth, who worked as a PR professional before becoming a transformation coach, will run the half-day strategic planning workshop on 21st January.
Taking place at The Deer Park at Hoar Cross, the event is designed to help small business owners to “clarify their purpose, priorities and positioning, and build strategies that are sustainable without hitting burnout”.
Nicola said:
“Running a business can be immensely rewarding, but it also brings unique pressures. Over time, many owners find themselves constantly busy without real clarity on direction or strategy.
“This workshop creates space to step back, regain perspective and set realistic objectives with confidence. It’s not about resolutions that fade — it’s about building lasting momentum, both personally and professionally.”
During the four-hour workshop, attendees will explore how to challenge limiting beliefs and adopt an ownership mindset, set meaningful objectives, feel confident about how they show up in their market and create a healthier working environment that supports productivity .
Participants will also enjoy a breakfast on arrival, with time to connect with like-minded business owners.
