A former tool hire centre in Lichfield could be converted into a garage.
Mr Tyre Ltd has applied for planning permission to change the use of the Station Road building previously occupied by HSS Hire.
Part of the unit is already occupied by a neighbouring garage and now the remainder could be converted into a service centre, tyre fitting area and MOT bay.
The current Mr Tyre premises lie further along Station Road.
