Visit Lichfield’s walks features stories including ghost sightings and burnings at the stake, as well as a visit to the spooky Guildhall Cells.

Councillor Ian Pritchard said: “The tour is based on our popular Gruesome and Ghostly tours, but is designed especially for children.

“It’s the ideal way to keep them entertained during the school holidays.”

Blood Thirsty Lichfield guided tours are running on April 23 and May 28 at 2pm.

Tickets cost £5 per person, which includes refreshments at the end of the tour. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

To book, visit the Tourist Information office at St Mary’s in the Market Square or call 01543 256611.
