The latest installation of the historical cooking series is set to take to the stage at the Lichfield Garrick.
Celebrity chef Simon Smith and his Professor Roland Rotherham will be leading their audience through the frozen lands of the Norsemen to experience what gave the Vikings the strength to row their longships and invade Britain.
Simon will guide the audience through the expert preparation of dishes such as braised elk and Lax pudding, while Roland puts it all into historical context.
