Burntwood AFC’s unbeaten season in the Lichield and District Football League Division Three came to an end as The Trident picked up a 3-1 win.
Trent Valley Rovers’ hopes of pushing for the runners-up spot were dented as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Shire Oak.
Lichfield DC kept themselves in the hunt for second spot, though, with a 3-1 victory over Dosthill Rangers.
