LICHFIELD City have confirmed the departure of manager Matty Lovatt.
The former Dudley Town boss had only been in charge at the Trade Tyre Community Stadium since succeeding Ivor Green in the summer.
Despite picking up his first league point and victory on the ninth time of asking at the weekend, Lovatt has now left his role.
A statement from Lichfield City said:
"Matty's decision follows discussions between both parties in which an agreement could not be reached regarding the timescale for reviews of his tenure.
"We would like to place on record our sincere thanks to Matty for his efforts, commitment and hard work during his time with the club, particularly in taking on the challenging task of rebuilding a squad to compete in a new and demanding league."
The club will now begin the search for a replacement.
