Staff at a Lichfield company have raised more than £6,500 for St Giles Hospice.
The workers at SE Controls, specialists in smoke and natural ventilation, have held fancy dress days, sales and their annual cake baking competition to help secure the donation to charity.
The fundraisers also joined up with Walsall Rugby Club to host a family fun day and baloon release.
“Being able to help support a great charity like St Giles is always rewarding,” said Mark Soleil, who recently helped present the cheque.
St Giles Hospice’s head of fundraising Helen Relihan added: “It really is a fantastic amount and the money raised will go a long way to helping support those who need it most.”
