LICHFIELD will hope Storm Austen doesn't wreak too much havoc on weekend rugby as they prepare to welcome Bridgnorth to Cooke Fields.
The Myrtle Greens will welcome their third-placed opponents for a 3pm kick off this afternoon (24th October)
Meanwhile, the 2nds – buoyed by a decent win against Atherstone a week ago – head off to Coventry to tackle Pinley 1s.
Tomorrow, after three long treks to Yorkshire and Suffolk, the women’s 1sts face league leaders Buckingham Swans, at Cooke Fields for a 2.15pm kick off, while the 2nds are away at Bournville.
All the other Lichfield games, home and away on Sunday, carry the friendly tag, but the boys under-13s and under-16s will be keen to show their recent form against Coalville and Sutton respectively.
