Donkeys Punk have leapt to the summit of the Lichfield 6 a side Premier Division as Matt Bolton guided them to a 2-0 win over Second Time Round taking full advantage of Norfolk’s 1-0 reverse at the hands of Mean Machine. Crystal have taken over the reigns at the summit of Division One, requiring just the solitary goal to overcome Barmy Army Tage. Dave Lote was in fine form for Real Sosobad as they eased past G Leg FC, 3-0.
The Monday 6 a side Premier Division is becoming a very compact affair as the top two both slumped to defeats, Dr Johnson going down to a 3-1 reverse at the hands of England Youth, whilst Monkeys Punk were edged out by Walk Of Shame 2-0. B Deep maintained their unbeaten record in Division One as they humbled Banana Grove 8-0.
Young Guns dropped their first points of the Tuesday 6 a side season as they were held to a 1-1 stalemate by City Boys. B Deep recorded a fine 4-2 win over How Wide, whilst Classic VI overcame Buffalo Soldiers 3-1.
