A sensitive and candid portrayal of legendary opera singer Maria Callas is coming to Lichfield.

Based exclusively on authentic interviews, Callas, directed by Richard Digby-Day, will be on stage at the Lichfield Garrick on March 27.

Born in New York of Greek parentage, Callas first established herself as an exceptional singer in Italy, and went on to win worldwide acclaim. Her search for perfection, unique vocal prowess, and acting genius led her to be dubbed La Divina.
