Lichfield racer Gary Mason endured a frustrating day in the British Superbikes Championship at Mallory Park.
With track temperatures reaching 50°C, Mason struggled to get a set-up he was happy with and was disappointed despite posting two point scoring rides.
The MSS Colchester Kawasaki rider said:
“It was pretty frustrating all round. We tried some changes but ultimately I didn’t have the confidence in the bike that I have had at other tracks. Saying that we only have a few days till Knockhill and so we can immediately put that result to bed I’m sure of it.”
