LICHFIELD continue their preparations for the new season with a friendly this weekend.
Competitive rugby has been delayed due to the impact of the warm summer on pitches.
The Myrtle Greens continue their warm-up tomorrow (5th September) with a home friendly against Sutton Coldfield.
The city side will have around 25 players on duty as they play their third pre-season fixture, which included a successful and positive evening at Derby last week.
Kick-off tomorrow is at 3.00pm.
Elsewhere, the Colts will be hosting Ashbourne at 1.30pm for what will be their fourth pre-season outing.
The women’s only chance to stretch their legs will be at Sutton on 13th September.
