AN arrest has been made after police received reports of a man "pleasuring himself" on a river bank in Tamworth.
Officers were called to the site off Lichfield Road at 10am yesterday morning (22nd September).
A Staffordshire Police spokesperson said:
"Officers attended and located the male who was arrested for outraging public decency.
"He remains in custody at this time"
