PLANS have been submitted for the first phase of a 1,270-home development in Tamworth.
The initial Persimmon Homes scheme will see 432 one- to five-bedroom properties built as part of the Alvecote Park scheme on land west of Robey’s Lane.
The development will also feature green spaces and play areas, along with pedestrian and cycle links.
Access to the new scheme will be provided from Tamworth Road and Robey’s Lane.
