A man has been arrested after a fire at a house on Leafenden Avenue in Burntwood.
The 58-year-old man has been held on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life after the incident at 10.40pm yesterday (April 19).
A Staffordshire Police spokesperson said: “The fire was started at the front of the property. Fortunately no one was injured.
“An investigation into the incident is now underway.”
