A man has been arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency after two incidents in Lichfield.

A man has been arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency after two incidents in Lichfield.

Bus passengers and a pedestrian complained about a man shortly after 10.20am yesterday (June 19) on a bus travelling from Tamworth to Lichfield and at 5pm on the same day on St Chad’s Road.

A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said: “Following the second incident, the suspect was detained by two members of the public before police arrived.

“A 29-year-old man from Lichfield is currently in police custody under investigation in connection with these incidents.”
