A man will appear before magistrates after being charged with handling stolen goods.
Samuel Mansell, 23, of Oakwood Road, Walsall, was arrested on September 16 after reports of a vehicle acting suspiciously on Overton Lane, Hammerwich and Walsall Road, near Muckley Corner.
He has been released on bail to appear at Burton Magistrates Court on January 15.
Two other men were also arrested, aged 36 and 43, but they have been released from bail without charge.
