Gaynor Webb’s achievement came on the back of her being appointed the new chairperson of Lichfield Ladies Circle.

She has been training with Lichfield Shotokan Karate Club for just over three years and travelled to Rhyl with her husband Julian, who is also a black belt and chair of Lichfield Round Table, to take her black belt 1st Dan grading on one of the Karate Union of Great Britain (KUGB) black & brown belt courses.

She said:

“It’s has been an exciting month for me having been elected Chair for Ladies Circle and now this!”
