Items from the Staffordshire Hoard have gone on display at Lichfield Cathedral.
The Anglo-Saxon finds have joined replica items and interactive areas for the new exhibition as part of the Mercian Trail.
The Cathedral has benefited from a share of a £50,000 grant, which has also helped to boost the Staffordshire Hoard display at Tamworth Castle, and is helping to bring the story of the collection to life across the region.
Canon Anthony Moore, Chancellor at Lichfield Cathedral, said: “We’re absolutely delighted with the new display.
“As well as the stunning new Hoard items, the Chapter House now houses an iPad interactive area, crafting table, handling replicas and more.
“There are also two new exquisite replicas, one of a sword hilt and the other of the unfolded cross, which is identical to the one presented to the last Pope when he visited Birmingham.”
As well as items from the Staffordshire Hoard, other Anglo-Saxon treasures are also on display including the St Chad Gospels and the Lichfield Angel.
