Childcare professionals from across the world have visited Burntwood as part of an international exchange programme.

Childcare professionals from across the world have visited Burntwood as part of an international exchange programme.

The event was hosted by Busy Bees Childcare and saw people from the company’s sites in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and Canada come to learn more about best practice in nurseries.

After arriving at the company’s Burntwood headquarters on Shaftsbury Drive, they will spend the next three weeks visiting sites across the UK as part of a talent exchange programme run by the business.

Simon Irons, the group’s CEO, said: “As we’ve grown and expanded into new countries, it has given us the opportunity to explore similarities and differences in practice from across the world.

“It’s great to see everyone come together and feel the excitement and energy from the entire team. I look forward to seeing their progress throughout their time here and beyond.”
