A 72-year-old charged with kidnap and indecent assault has been remanded in custody.
Arnold David Baxter, of of Bath Street, Rugby, Warwickshire, appeared before magistrates at Cannock this morning after being charged in relation to an incident in Barton-under-Needwood in March 2001.
He was remanded in custody and will appear at Stafford Crown Court on November 11.
