A NETWORKING event for women is taking place in Lichfield.
The Boss Ladies Networking pilates and fizz afternoon will take place on 10th September.
It will run from 3pm to 5.30pm at The Pilates Studio in The Old Picture House on Tamworth Street.
A spokesperson said:
"The event is all about bringing women together in a relaxed, welcoming setting where real conversations and genuine connections can happen with a little movement and a glass of fizz along the way.
"The afternoon will begin with a mat and reformer pilates session led by the studio's expert instructors, followed by a glass of fizz and an antipasti tapas platter to enjoy together afterwards.
"No previous pilates experience is needed and there is no pressure to be the most flexible person in the room."
Participants will need to be in activewear and will require grip socks for the pilates session, which can also be purchased on the day if required.
