The site of a former garage in Burntwood could be used for a new retail and residential development.
Plans have been drawn up for the former Bridge Cross Garage land on Cannock Road.
The development would see shop space created on the ground floor with 14 two-bedroom flats above.
A statement supporting the planning application said: “The proposal will provide a new bespoke development which will be designed to suit the plot.
“The proposal will enhance to enhance the site as a whole and improve the desirability of the area.”
