A former doctor’s surgery in Burntwood could be converted into three flats.
Plans have been submitted to Lichfield District Council to convert the Cannock Road site into one-bedroom homes.
A statement supporting the application said: “There is a need for affordable flats in the area.”
People can comment on the application via Lichfield District Council’s planning website.
