Plans have been drawn up to redevelop the site of a former Lichfield pub.
Developers hope to knock down the derelict Windmill pub on Grange Lane and replace it with 12 three-bedroom properties.
A previous proposal granted planning permission in 2014 has since lapsed.
A statement supporting the latest application said: “This application is, in effect, a re-submission of the scheme approved in July 2014.
“The proposed dwellings have been sited in such a manner that they would not detract from the outlook and privacy currently enjoyed by the occupiers of adjacent properties.”
