An address in Fazeley has been raided as part of a police operation targeting human trafficking.
Two men were arrested after a property on Fazeley Road was targeted, along with one at The Gullet in Polesworth and another three on Albert Road in Tamworth.
A Staffordshire Police spokesperson said: “Officers executed five warrants this morning after receiving information from concerned members of the public about suspicious activity at several addresses.
“A 32-year-old man was arrested at the Polesworth address and a 32-year-old was arrested at one of the Albert Road addresses on suspicion of human trafficking. They have been taken into custody.
“As a result of today’s activity a ma has also been taken into care.”
