THE boss of a Lichfield hair salon is preparing to take on a charity hike in Africa.
Craig Joiner, from The Style Hut, will head more than 4,160 metres up Mount Toubkal in Morocco to raise money for Promise Dreams.
He will take on the challenge in September.
Craig said:
“Each year I choose a charity and try to raise as much money as possible. This year I have chosen Promise Dreams.
“It is a national charity that helps terminally and seriously ill children to have their dreams turned into a reality.
“Whether they would like to spend some time with their family following a prolonged hospital stay, the chance to meet their favourite celebrity, a specialist trike so that they can join in on family bike rides, or house adaptations to make day-to-day life that little bit easier, Promise Dreams are committed to help.”
