A CLASSIC sci-fi story will be told at an event in Burntwood.
Gav Cross will reimagine HG Wells' The War of the Worlds at Burntwood Library at 7pm on 31st July.
A spokesperson said:
"Blending the power of rehearsed reading with the immediacy of live theatre, Cross brings the chilling tale to life."
The event is part of the Creative Burntwood programme. Tickets are £5 and can be booked via the Lichfield Garrick website.
