THE story of a World War Two secret agent will be explored at a talk in Lichfield.

Noor Inayat Khan served as an agent for the Special Operations Executive in France after originally signing up to the Women’s Auxiliary Air Force.

Sundeep Braich will give a talk – The WW2 Spy Princess – at Erasmus Darwin House on 14th August.

A spokesperson said:

“In 2014, Noor Inayat Khan was featured on a Royal Mail stamp. But who was this British-Indian secret agent and princess?

“Join us for an exploration of a life of courage and sacrifice.”
