Pupils from Abbots Bromley School have made donations to a local food bank as part of their Harvest celebrations.

The food was dedicated at the school’s harvest festival service, conducted by the Revd Vivienne Flanaghan, chaplain of St Peter’s Academy in Stoke.

The parcels were donated to the Trussell Trust food bank in Rugeley.

Abbots Bromley School’s executive head, Victoria Musgrave, said, “When it comes to helping our local community, the pupils and their parents are always incredibly generous.

“It was good to see so much food donated by pupils throughout the school, which the Trussell Trust will put to good use.”
