POLICE are urging people to be on their guard after an attempt to break into a car in Lichfield.
The incident happened on The Windings at 6am today (11th August).
A man was seen trying to gain access to a vehicle but ran off towards an alleyway when officers arrived.
Anyone with information can contact police on 101, quoting incident 125 of 11th August.
