A BURNTWOOD housebuilder has begun work on a new £7million development in Yoxall.

The Cameron Homes Octara Court scheme at Bond End will feature eight detached three and four-bedroom homes.

They will be positioned around a central courtyard and feature solar panels, air-source heat pumps and underfloor heating.

Paul Morrissey, chief operations director at Cameron Homes, said:

“We’re delighted to begin works at our Yoxall site. Each house is powered by renewable electricity, reflecting our commitment to energy‑efficient, environmentally responsible living.”
