A man from Burntwood is among 11 people charged in connection with the discovery of cannabis plants at a farm in Lincolnshire.
The arrests were part of a five-month Operation Nemesis investigation and saw a number of properties across Staffordshire and the West Midlands raided in September.
As well as the man from Burntwood, men from Rugeley, Burton-on-Trent, Sutton Coldfield, Solihull, Chichester, West Bromwich, Toxteth and Granthan have now been charged with conspiring, in Staffordshire and elsewhere, to produce and supply cannabis.
They are all due to appear before magistrates in Cannock on November 18.
