Birthday celebrations for one of Lichfield’s most famous sons have been hailed as a success by organisers.
Erasmus Darwin’s 292nd birthday was celebrated earlier this month.
To make the occasion, Erasmus Darwin Museum welcomed visitors to have their photograph dressed as Georgians, while re-enactors gave them the chance to meet Dr and Mrs Darwin.
