A PARISH pub walk is taking place in Whittington next month.
It will set off from outside The Bell at 1pm on 15th August.
Participants will be able to follow two routes – one taking in The Plough, The Dog and The Bell, which will take an hour, while a longer version will take two hours and include The Horse and Jockey.
Entry is £2 and provides a route map, with prizes also being awarded for the most sponsorship.
Money raised will go towards the maintenance of the churchyard at St Giles Church.
