A school in Burntwood has welcomed a Chinese teacher as part of an international link-up.
Lixia Wang, headteacher at Luoshan Middle School in Pudong, visited Chasetown Specialist Sports College and saw some of the activities students were involved in.
She was entertained by the jazz band, met the school council and observed a number of different lessons.
A school spokeswoman said:
“Mrs Wang was very excited about our cold weather as apparently it does not get this cold in Pudong. The students have really enjoyed meeting Mrs Wang and talking to her about life in a Chinese school.”
