New documents have been drawn up to help people in Lichfield and Burntwood make successful planning applications.
They have been published by Lichfield District Council which is seeking views before formally introducing them.
The documentation includes guidance on:
- Biodiversity and development
- Historic environment
- Rural development
- Trees and development
- Sustainable design
Councillor Ian Pritchard, Cabinet member for economic growth and development, said: “It’s important that local people and developers get the chance to see these documents and give their views.”
The documents can be seen online. The consultation runs until August 10 and people can have their say via the council’s website.
