Passengers in Lichfield are facing major disruptions on the cross city line due to a signalling fault.
The line is blocked between Aston and Lichfield meaning cancellations and delays for travellers using the route to and from Lichfield City and Lichfield Trent Valley stations.
Ticket acceptance is in place with Cross Country Trains from Tamworth for those passengers needing to get to Birmingham New Street.
Train operator West Midlands Railway says rail replacement buses have also been ordered, with ticket acceptance also in place on some National Express WM buses.
