Plans for more than 200 new homes in Fradley have been unveiled.
Bellway Homes wants to create 216 one to four bedroom properties on the land at Halifax Avenue.
Around 25% of the homes would be earmarked as ‘affordable’ housing.
The developers say the site is ideal for residential properties.
“The high quality development will deliver social and economic benefits to Fradley and the wider district,” a spokesperson said.
