Plans have been drawn up for 27 new homes in Lichfield.
Land at the junction of Limburg Avenue and Walsall Road has been earmarked for:
- 3 x two bedroom properties
- 16 x three bedroom properties
- 7 x four bedroom properties
- 1 x five bedroom properties
A statement supporting the proposed development said: “The site layout demonstrates how a mix of house types and sizes can be accommodated, while at the same time providing a number of additional benefits, including areas of open space for use by existing and future residents.”
