Students bidding to improve their English skills in Lichfield have been enjoying exam success.

The current crop from Florette Salads in Fradley have all passed reading, writing, speaking and listening Trinity College London ESOL exams.

Jennie Mechti from the English Class Language School said: “This is a huge achievement for these students who have attended classes and put in many extra hours of study alongside their shift work.

“It is also, once again, a tribute to the employer, Soleco, which has encouraged and allowed employees to attend classes during work time, and has paid tuition and examination fees throughout the year.

“Congratulations to them for their insight into the value of improved English language skills in these difficult times.”
