PARENTS are being urged to keep youngsters entertained this summer with a SPACE Leisure Pass.
Young people aged eight to 17 are able to use it to access activities including swimming and rock climbing at Burntwood Leisure Centre, disc, foot and crazy golf in Beacon Park, and swimming at Friary Grange Leisure Centre.
Other activities the pass can access are court hire for tennis, badminton, squash and table tennis, skatepark tuition, an inflatable fun day and kickboxing sessions.
Valid until 29th August, 185 free passes are available on a first come, first served basis. Alternatively, they can be purchased for £20.
Cllr Andy Smith, Lichfield District Council’s deputy leader, and cabinet member for leisure, said:
“The SPACE Leisure Pass is great value. Whether you’d like to swim, play a racquet sport or perhaps try skateboarding or rock climbing, the passes give you the freedom to enjoy it all.”
Passes can be collected from Burntwood Leisure Centre or Friary Grange Leisure Centre. A Participant Consent Form must be completed by a parent or carer before taking part in any activities.
