Tastes of yesteryear will be on the menu at a cookery masterclass at Lichfield Garrick.
Professor Roland Rotherham and Master Chef Simon Smith will be cooking up medieval delicacies from noon on June 9.
Professor Rotherham and Master Chef Simon have put their heads together and prepared a sumptuous menu of medieval culinary delights.
The duo will create a Tudor Tipsy Fruit Pudding and get you in the mood for long summer evenings with a Georgian recipe of stir-fried strawberries in gin, along with other summer historical recipes as part of their In The Henley Mood! show.
