Previous records remained unbeaten as hundreds of runners took to Lichfield’s streets to compete in the 10k race.
Birchfield Harriers’ James Trollope was the first to cross the line with time of 00:31:41 with Trentham AC’s Mandy Vernon leading the women over the line with a 00:39:18.
Trollope and Vernon both led their club’s teams to win the team accolade too, with Peter Dimbleby, Michael Morley and Simon McNamee for Birchfield Harriers and Deborah Thomas and Christine Holmes with Trentham AC.
