Fay Shoesmith has already worked her magic on clothes shop Bijou at No.15 and childrenswear store Mooch. She is also set to add her artistic talents to the windows of The Spark Lichfield and Room to Inspire.

The 36-year-old mum of nine-month-old twins has branched out from her skills creating Christmas cards and tree decorations to create the murals.

“I really think it is going to look amazing and bring the shops together in a festive way,” she said.

Fay’s work at Bijou at No.15 has seen a striking black and gold design, while Mooch’s festive window makeover features pastel colours.

Nikki Neal from Bijou added: “We just love the design that Fay has done in our window, it makes it look like a winter wonderland and everyone is commenting on it.

“It is something a little different and also brings some of the shops together in Lichfield for the festive season.

“We are very much into supporting local designers and artists, and this is just the perfect way to do it.”

Fay will be at Lichfield Christmas Market on December 8 with some of her paintings and decorations and the windows will have their displays until January.
