Lichfield event aims to connect women with health, lifestyle and beauty services

Published:

A group of Lichfield health, lifestyle and beauty professionals are launching a Celebrating Women evening that will include help, advice and free taster sessions of their services.

Inspired by the recommendations that are passed between clients for the wide variety of services that women want, brother and sister team Karl and Heidi Frew have put together an event for women to be introduced to a range of local businesses and service providers informally and face-to-face.

The free event will be hosted by Esporta Health Club in Lichfield on February 11 and supported by family law firm Bradin Trubshaw Kirwan.

Lawyer Helen Bradin said:

“Feeling good and looking good go hand in hand and the women of Lichfield are an astute bunch, using personal trainers, life coaches and beauty professionals to help them stay on top form. Women like to use services recommended by other women. Gathering all of these professionals together is a brilliant idea.”

Life coach and personal trainer Karl Frew added:

“I am often asked by my clients to suggest someone who can provide other services, so rather than just passing them a phone number and a business card, I thought about getting all of the people I would recommend together to talk about the things that they can do. Some of the services are serious, others therapeutic but some of them are fun.”

The Celebrating Women event will also introduce Burlesque.

Helen said:

“I think this is going to be a great night out, where women can talk with others about lifestyle, health, fitness and their appearance. I think we are going to learn something as well as having some fun.”
