Michael Fabricant has warned the prospect of a hung Parliament may mean tough times lie ahead.

The Lichfield MP made his comments after the Conservatives failed to gain an overall majority.
Theresa May is expected to agree a deal with the DUP to secure the majority she needs.
However, Mr Fabricant – who extended his majority in Lichfield and Burntwood – said there may still be difficult waters to navigate.
“The hung Parliament could mean we face tough times ahead,” he said. “Regardless, I will continue to fight tirelessly for the interests of local people – because it is my commitment to the people of the Lichfield Constituency from which my own political strength derives.”
