The Paradise Lounge has been advertised online to interested parties.
The Sandford Street venue hosts a range of events, including live music and DJs.
The sales information tells interested parties that the bar has “traded profitably since 1996”.
“There is an opportunity for the next owner to expand opening hours, increase the occupancy and offer a food service,” the sales pack added.
A spokesperson for The Paradise Lounge said: “The business owners, Manhatten Property Consortium, have put the lease on the market – it’s not the first time the ownership structure of the business has changed.
“The venue will continue to trade as normal.”
