A Lichfield pub has joined a campaign to ensure older people aren’t lonely this Christmas.
The Bowling Green will offer visitors the chance to add 50p to their bill to help The Silver Line.
The charity offers a free helpline for older people who are on their own.
A spokesperson said: “Just 50p on your bill can help ensure there’s always a friendly voice at the end of the phone.”
